@PlanetUplift @SoniaPoulton When the report was published in 2020, it omitted the failings encompassing negligence, neglect & abuse and how these were covered up during & after the baby's life. NO ONE HAS BEEN HELD TO ACCOUNT for the failings or the cover up! This family have endured trauma over 2 decades.
