A duck chose a school as home & returns every year to lay her eggs. When they hatch she leads the ducklings through the corridors to the courtyard lake. It’s now an annual ritual with children staying silent out of respect. Respect is beautiful.

There were 3216 Active residential listings on the market at the end of December 2024, a gain of 58.7% from December 2023. Active listings were 90% above the 5 yr average and 51.4% above the 10 yr average for December. Looking forward to seeing what 2025 holds in store!

@AskWorkspace I cannot delete labels in my GSuite email account. When I delete them, they come back. Each of the cases opened with Google in the last 2 weeks results in the same form email asking for a HAR file and recording, which I have sent. Repeatedly. I am desperate for help
