@MARTAtransit is not ready for World Cup!!! getting out of Bruno Mars concert was a mess the screens were not updated and the southbound train didn’t go all the way south causing a mess at Garnett making people get on shuttles
Didn’t you idiots vote for Trump because you wanted lower gas prices, lower grocery prices, no new wars, and a full release of the Epstein files?
How is that going?
Never forget: The Republicans voted against Social Security in the 1930’s, against Medicare in the 1960’s and the Affordable Health Care Act in 2010. They have NEVER cared about anyone except wealthy white men.
Republicans just pulled an all-nighter to pass a budget that will:
-strip healthcare away from 17 million Americans
-take food assistance away from 3 million Americans
-eliminate school meal access for 18+ million kids
-send energy costs soaring
-add $3.3 trillion to national debt
-substantially raise health care premiums for seniors with ACA coverage
All to give themselves a tax cut. We're witnessing the larger transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich in American history. Courtesy of the "party of the working class" in the GOP.
Senate Democrats held 100+ hearings and discussions to produce the Affordable Care Act.
40 million Americans gained health care.
Republicans are holding no hearings, no markups, and no public discussions on the Big Ugly Bill.
16 million Americans will lose health care.
And the biggest loss of health insurance coverage in history.
And the biggest cut to food assistance in history.
And the biggest increase in higher education costs in history.
All to pay for a tax cut for the rich and corporations.
1) Biggest wealth transfer in American history. 2) Kills solar industry, raising prices 3) almost a trillion dollar cut to Medicaid 4) nursing homes shutting down 5) energy shortages 6) 4.5 trillion in NEW DEBT. — I promise you this bill is worse than you think.
- Largest transfer of wealth to the rich in American history.
- Largest cut to Medicaid in American history.
- Largest cut to food assistance in American history.
- Electricity costs could go up by 30%.
- Millions of jobs could disappear.
- $4 trillion will be added to the debt.
This is one of the most destructive bills in US history.
