*Delayed throughout the evening until we were told at 8:30p that it was delayed to a 3/11 8:00a departure. *Delayed until 12p on 3/11 *Delayed until 2p on 3/11

@AmericanAir Is it common practice to not have mechanics available while flights are still operating? Flight 3120 was initially delayed because there was a mechanical issue and the mechanic had already left for the day. This flight has been a nightmare.

@AmericanAir Trying to check in online our family for 4 for 6am int'l flight and I'm unable to. I call the reservations # and I'm told there's an outage??? What?!! Agent says I must arrive at my airport 3 hrs early. You don't even staff the desk at 3am! This is ridiculous.
