@AerLingus Tks. Lots of Americans on flight said they wouldn’t fly Aer lingus again. I tried to explain it’s not normally like this! I genuinely believe the ground staff/airport and the poor communications were the issues. Easily fixed in my opinion. Good luck.

@AerLingus despite a chaotic situation in Naples airport today (no priority lanes, no comms, long wait times, delays etc) the crew on EI451 were fantastic!! Big call out to the Snr Crew member who handled herself brilliantly! Go Team AerLingus!

@AerLingus I travel 50% of my time (mostly work related) and you are my favorite airline but today I am in Naples and the service is a disaster. You need some good people on the ground to communicate to passengers! Lots of very unhappy people :(
