@jalilword I suspect direct negotiation would not be an easy feat for DNB, being an MOF company. And the end result is most likely to be similar to the consortium model proposed by the telco, which may not be the outcome DNB has intended to achieve.

@jalilword I would look at the offer of equity as a mean for DNB to de-escalate the tension. The investment could simply be a case of ROI and governance for the mobile players. I suspect it’s offered on first come first serve basis, instead of based on market share.
