@Morgan_J_Hart On a side note, is your landlord getting the work necessary done to provide timely customer experience and value to you as the tenant? That’s what we believe in our ratings are important factors.
@kaitduffy Hope you’ll share a review of your experience. This helps future tenants get authentic first-hand experience before choosing where they will rent.

@pe_tam6 Hey!! We did - and were delighted to know others think so too. As the co-founder, we have a long way to go in building our community, but I believe transparency will democratize the rental market and contribute to better quality service for renters.

heads up for california landlords and renters. since july 2025 landlords have to photograph the unit at move-in, and again at move-out before and after any repairs they charge for (Civil Code 1950.5, from AB 2801). if you're renting there, ask your landlord for the move-in photos
@ghoststorieseng So, is someone already living in the living room unit? Do you walk through the living room to get to the second bedroom? We have a lot of questions.
@SitsSteph This is exactly why we built WeRentr. Too many renters move out because issues never get resolved, and the next tenant never hears about it.
A review isn’t about punishing. It's authentic transparency that helps landlords improve and helps the next renter choose well.
@ceraliza Sorry you're going through this! This is why we created a scorecard approach for renters to rate where they rented on metrics that matter the most. Our goal is to democratize the renting marketplace through transparency and incentives better customer service towards tenants.
@ThreeFiveazbl Exactly! This is why WeRentr uses a scorecard approach where "Speed of Resolution" is a metric. When you review your rental unit can you score the landlord on that metric. This creates transparency for future tenants and incentives services to renters that matter most.
You're landlord will never tell you the pipes have leaked for 4 months.
The last tenant would.
That's the whole idea behind WeRentr. Renters reviewing the buildings they actually lived in to help the next tenant.
