Few things

Bankers know it is your money they can not deny giving you back

But as you avoid having cash at home so do banks

They park excess cash to their currency chest

Very few customers come to withdraw cash in high amount

So banks may not have maintained that much cash

They arrange for your money through various channels if you give time

Thats why they say to wait
few denies but that is not ok

So if you have genuine need of cash ask them to arrange and say to bank manager
Also current account holders generally inform banks in advance so that they do not have to wait and giving there cash to another person may also cause arrangements.

Hope I am able to clear this issue.

Yes you may had to go through trouble that’s fair and all will accept this.

If government is not implementing 5 Days banking

then there should be Zero TPD product for all banks.

Mandatory EOD by 6:30
Overtime beyond 6:30 at hourly rate for all staff as per grade.

If pressure is less everyday weekend will be happy anyway.

बैंक में कोई ऑफिशियल लंच टाइम नहीं होता है,लेकिन फिर भी आपलोग लंच के नाम पर समय बिगाड़ते है

दूसरी बात की व्यक्ति अगर 5,6 लाख कैश ले कर बैठा है तो जरूर उसे टेंशन होगी कि पैसा पहले सलामत तरीके से जमा हो जाय

लंच अगर पांच मिनट बाद होता तो भी कोई पहाड़ नहीं टूट जाता

आधे से ज्यादा काउंटर तो बंद ही मिलते है

स्टाफ वाले या तो लंच टाइम में होते है या फिर मोबाइल पर बात कर रहे होते है

फिर यह लोग पांच दिन के सप्ताह की मांग क्यों कर रहे है

Why do you think people are not going to come on Sunday?

Those who may have planned to visit the bank on September 28, 29, or 30 will simply use Sunday instead. Today is also a bank holiday.

Bankers seem to have assumed that, because of digitization, no one needs to visit a branch anymore. If they genuinely believe that, then there is no need to have physical branches at all.

Online banking se sare kaam ghar baithe hote hain.
Aap nahi kar paa rahe to problem kuch aur hai.
Kuch apni government se bhi punch lo ki kitne hours ka work per day allowed hai aur bank kitne time tak open rahte hain aur after working hours baithne par kya Govt koi action leti hai??

Hospitals function 7 days a week, but that doesn’t mean every healthcare worker works 7 days a week.

Service availability and employee work schedules don’t have to be the same thing.

Why can’t banks adopt a similar rotational model?

It just shows how educated these people are

Why not raise voice for implementing labour laws strictly
When working hours for banks are till 4 for public
Then why do they sit till 8-9pm without getting any overtime.

It was my perception that bankers are a very well educated class of society and they have cleared an exam to get into here.

But seeing the language and abusive words they use on my posts, where I didn’t even invite them to reply.

Seems my perception was WRONG.

Many of them are illiterate, chapri class, goon type people with a criminal mindset.

Please have some SHAME.

Don’t use abusive words.

सरकार और बैंक जनता को Sunday को बैंक खुलने के संदेश इतनी शिद्दत और उत्साह से भेज रहे हैं, जैसे यह कोई 144 साल बाद आने वाला महाकुंभ हो!

मानो इस Sunday अगर ग्राहक बैंक नहीं गया, तो ऐसा सुनहरा अवसर उसके जीवन में दोबारा कभी नहीं आएगा।

और शायद स्वर्गलोक से स्वयं “बैंकर देवता” धरती पर अवतरित होकर सभी Customers को अमृत पिलाने वाले हैं!

इतना प्रचार देखकर तो लग रहा है कि Sunday को बैंक जाना अब राष्ट्रीय पर्व घोषित होने वाला है। 😂

New Government order will be coming via RBI that bank must open 24*7 in

8 hours slots for common Indians convenience as bankers remains on holiday all the time

Theirs inhumane behaviour compelling govt to take such a step…

- बैंक के कर्मचारी आन्दोलन करेंगे ,पर इस बात को मैं विरोध करता हूं, क्या आप भी विरोध करते हैं?

- 1 महिने में 4 रविवार बैंक बंद, इन लोगों को फिर से चाहिए 4 शनिवार , मतलब 1 महिने में 8 दिन बैंक बंद।

- एक काम करो पूरा महिना मतलब 30 दिन बैंक बंद करों अपने परिवार के साथ घुम्ने जाओ मोज मस्ती करों।

- अरे भाई साहब एक काम के लिए 3/4 दिन बैंक के चक्कर लगाना पड़ता है, उप्पर से आप लोग 8 दिन बैंक बंद करोगे तो कस्टमर का काम कौन करेगा?

- कोई कोई लोग कह रहे हैं आनलाइन के ज़माना है आनलाइन से काम चलाओ, ए मेरे ज्ञानी मुर्ख, अनपढ़ लोग कैसे आनलाइन काम चलाएंगे? हर किसी के हाथों में एंड्राइड मोबाइल नहीं है ।

Or you can just complaint that when you entered a branch for work all the staff were busy taking lunch and tea.

That they are calling it resolved/considered

If It is the solution then the strike must go on.
