It tells me everything I need is in-front or within me.

I'm not setting goals. I am following my desires.

My goal isn't to get the podcast live this year.
- I want to get the pod live.
- I want to build Stratus Advanced Technologies
- I want to enjoy the journey

It's focusing on my intuition and taking action.

@iamlukethedev Honestly, I think I'll just have to hire people that are good communicators and can build relationships.

The tech can do the tech heavy lifting in the background but I found people still want to talk to people!

When you perform the same task day over day, it's hard to rethink your workflow.

I've been rethinking my workflow with AI and that's starting to flow over into my personal life!

@iamlukethedev I'm currently building our project manager role as AI first, before I hire someone for this position.

For example, I take an old school Sony voice recorder to meetings and I'm building an AI system that triggers actions in our software off keywords.

I'm playing with the thought of doing more custom software /ai agents that perform particular tasks that are consumption based.

For example, how chat GPT runs deep research. Apply that to a specific data set.

This trick helps me get out of bed in the morning.

I write down on a sticky note the first things I want to accomplish in the morning.

When I wake up, I am focused.
