Unless I'm working in an ER, working as a paramedic, or working as a firefighter, there's no reason I should be expected to "thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment." Just fix the terrible management and stop running your office like a circus.

@unchimico Consideriamo anche quanti pendolari esistono, io non ho nessun amico che ha fatto l'università fuori per i costi. Quella più vicina era ad almeno 1h di mezzi. Come fai a lavorare?

Il concetto di lavoratori “poco qualificati” è un’invenzione dei capitalisti per giustificare stipendi da fame per interi settori dell’economia. Tutti i lavoratori meritano uno stipendio dignitoso a prescindere dalle loro “qualifiche”.
