Taking forever to upload everything to the bucket🥺
Also @coriebot are you https://t.co/R1uofZaBHO or https://t.co/zT2zTIRTuY or https://t.co/uMPZgtRfU9 or are you guys just related $wesaw
@quanatee This'll be added when I adjust how matches are queried (currently you cant adjust the weight of things like class similarity/api similarity/dom similarity/etc)
TL;DR: Updates coming, cool things ahead!
Hey all, just checking in to say I'll likely push an update either late tonight or early tomorrow for the file-serving system, along with a few UI tweaks to improve match processing.
I've been working on refining how matches are formed, shifting the focus from my predefined weight formula to user preferences. Right now, what I consider a match is static unless I rerun the formula, which isn't realistic for scaling. I'm changing it so you can define what you want to look for instead.
I also need to switch from polling (lmao) to WebSockets to make everything feel smoother. Plus, I've got some exciting ideas for on-chain analytics, since site logging is more of a passive approach—so expect some cool stuff there.
Happy Sunday!
Ran into some hiccups with the size of some files sadly. Gonna have to cap what files can be requested for this first update (probably limit to only inline javascript stuff.) I'm gonna do a dev log tonight that'll touch on these issues and what's being done to correct them/discuss what's being done to improve the platform and what I'm adding for on-chain analytics. Sorry for delays it's just me heading the charge right now haha
@IneyZeR201 sorry sorry I'm not a big social media person in general and I feel like just repeatedly posting "working on xyz" is a bit lame until it's post time haha
Currently finishing up holder validation for a form of logging in with your wallet to access some analytics. Since I need an RPC for that I figured we could add some token & wallet analytics to the site. That'll be fun 😁 Sorry for the radio silence still chipping at the to-dos
Typically when no results show it's just my filter not displaying any partial/low "overall" matches. For this site there's some low-grade matches that probably aren't relevant so they don't display on your end. (I'll be adding user-choice for how low they'd like the % match to go for display) sorry bout that
Just rolled out the final design updates! Tomorrow, I’m launching beta features for code querying so you can see why matches happen. Been tackling match inflation from common libraries—expect cleaner results. Also adding filters for better search control + a way to revisit sites and flag changes. Lots more to improve, and it'll be fun 😁. Spot any site issues or want something added? DM me $wesaw
Also, adding ANY sites to the catalog is good. I've spun up a listener for pumpfuns portal to add new releases to the queue but some get overlooked. If you see a site launch please add it to the catalog. Projects seem to disappear shortly after their launch which removes the code. The analytics can be refined/improved especially when the data is there, but if they're removing their site before it's snapshotted in the catalog then there's not much that can be done about that.
Also, I'm aware sometimes sites aren't properly logged due to cloudflare/anti-bot measures. I'll think up something to get around that or at least lessen it. Sites also change over time so that'll have to be accounted for as well.
Things to expect in the coming days
1. design completely moved to a dashboard style
2. better highlighting of similarities between the matches (more clarity)
3. user ability to query saved site data
4. initial implementation of benefits to token holders
I apologize if there's hiccups right now in how things are presented but this change allows me to add the site versioning stuff I mentioned earlier and I figure it's better build out the foundation solid now while the database is still young.
Changing up some things with how sites are stored so they can be processed faster. For now sites in the queue wont be processed until the database is updated (will do a recap video explaining these changes.) After the migration script wraps up I'll push some of the UI changes
@VIB_coin Project is far from over. This is just the beginning. This project isn't even really ONLY for Solana projects. It'll help all chain releases. And the detections will only improve over the coming days/weeks. We're only growing from here
