@Delta has the worst customer service. After being transferred multiple times and on hold for over 2hrs an agent finally begins assisting me. Then mid conversation says “one minute I need to put you on hold…” it’s now been another 2.5hrs.

@BudgetAirCanada today I had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life! #budgetair kept me on hold for OVER AN HOUR before an automated voice recording informed me that there was no rep avail. to assist me and abruptly ended my call. I waited over 1 hr for that?!
