indie iOS dev building nudge, rhoids, cheatsheet, sunhat + a couple more

[wes @weskcode]

introducing nudge, an app i built for myself but made totally free and open source. if you have adhd and tend to get stuck in hyperfocus for too long at the computer then try it out #buildinpublic

[wes @weskcode]

@guard_if im planning on going

[wes @weskcode]

@barre_of_lube why should i use this over helium?

[wes @weskcode]

@peterdpong just use helium, it's the best of these

October has been an absolute nightmare for software

> Railway - customer secrets exposure
> LiteLLM - malicious PyPI + Docker releases
> Zeabur - infrastructure breached
> OpenCode - AI API keys exposed
> OVHcloud CLI - official binaries backdoored
> Rank Math PRO - malware in official plugin
> TeamUpdraft - customer data compromised
> ConnectWise - cloud backup identities compromised
> Tensorlake - npm package infected
> SubQuery - backdoored npm package
> GhostAction - GitHub repos with malicious workflows
> PHP - critical RCE vulnerabilities
> Node.js - security vulnerabilities patched
> eMudhra - certificate authority keys compromised
> Tailscale - eMudhra incident

At this point, the biggest security risk might not be the code we write, but the code we trust...

[Claude @claudeai]

We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent.

It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.
