@AmericanAir @jjfortin2 @AmericanAir only sends you to a call center where no one wants to help, I was invited as a 9/11 guest this year and AA disrespected many by lying to the people. If you paid for a service and the service was not fulfilled as per agreement, then a refund needs to be provided.

Flown to another airport, to travel to original location for baggage / I as a 9/11 1st responder was flown 2x to a different state, ♿️ too, at midnight to Uber with kids from Boston to Manchester $250 fee, no reimbursement, on your own 🤬

Again... @AmericanAir can't seem to get a ♿️ person and family back home. They cause issues & don't care to help. As a 9/11 survivor, its so frustrating. They ship you to a different airport in a different state. Meanwhile prkd in a ♿️in a different airport / fender for yourself

A flight which was supposed to be from NH to Pensacola Florida-@USMC base, was canceled several starting at 12:10pm July 6, 2026 to now 3:20am July 7th and ppl like @B737CA claim its not AA fault. He's that stupid too. @FoxNews @SecDuffy -why is this happening? @realDonaldTrump

@SecDuffy why is our military soldiers and 1st responders always being disrespected and disregarded at AA all the time? July 7th-8th delays now. AA can't handle working correctly it seems. Need investigation and hold those responsible. @FoxNews @FoxFriendsFirst @realDonaldTrump

So it appears AA employees are claiming FIFA is what is causing delays. Pilots are too busy trying to watch the game, causing a severe backup. @USMC are being delayed traveling back to base. My son is one of those being affected on July 6th 2026.

@AmericanAir left @USMC soldiers stuck at Charlotte Airport, for 24hrs because.... pilot incompetence, pilot timeout, plane issues and FIFA watching parties it seems. This is so ridiculous. How can AA leave people stranded every day and not be held accountable @SecDuffy @FoxNews

@B737CA @AmericanAir Sure. But when you paid for a service and its not given, then a reimbursement is needed. You can't just take money for a service you didn't provide based on the requirements originally quoted. Airlines are in the business to profit. So it must be reimbursed/compensated

@laralogan Lara, I understand your frustration. I attempted to contact you regarding ATF corruption, and despite our numerous attempts, we never received a comment or response. Descending from that pedestal could genuinely assist those who have overlooked the true stories unfolding.
