So far, 221 fraudulent hospices have already been shut down.

Oz made the announcement after federal authorities carried out a massive fraud raid in Gavin Newsom’s California.

And the reason he’s saying this is simple: the red flags are everywhere.

He says these aren’t guesses. CMS experts are flagging the same patterns again and again:
patients in hospice showing near-100% survival, survival rates above 50% in programs meant for people expected to die within six months, overlapping employees, shared license numbers, and tiny operations with fewer than 50 patients that can hide under weaker reporting rules.

In other words, these places aren’t running legitimate care.
They’re running a scam.
