Many church planters experienced the following:

A) they were recognized for their service.
B) given resources and time to build for future.
C) part of a group of peers that allowed them to be sharpened over time.

Networking with other churches helps plant more churches. One church may have funds, another church May have pioneering families, and another church may not have either but want to help in other ways.

How to spot possible planters? 🌱
1) evangelism is frequent!
2) like to start new things.
3) natural gatherers of people.
4) discipled and discipling .
5) faithful and persevering under pressure.
6) flexibility of leadership.

God allowed Paul to stay in Ephesus for two years, teaching , training and sending enough missionaries so that “all the residents of Asia heard the word of the Lord.” Multiplication is the way of the New Testament! -Marlan Mincks

We are not simple messengers (tellers) of the good news, but we are ambassadors (living representatives) of God’s kingdom. This means we need new kingdom outposts as embassies to train and deploy new ambassadors to live within the lost people of our communities. @PastorLeeS

Personal evangelism is paramount to fulfill the 1st portion of this commission. We need to GO & MAKE DISCIPLES! There’s no such thing as a Christian who doesn’t live on mission for the Lord & there is no advancement of the church without multiplication! @PastorLeeS
