Mark Carney is using the pipeline situation as a way to ram through his carbon credit framework, a new "industry" which he and Brookfield have already set the stage to be the main winners of.
Why are Canadians okay with a Prime Minister using his power to get rich and not acting in Canadians' best interest?
Why do we need a carbon credit market which will increase the price of anything it applies to?
I've been warning Canadians for a year Mark Carney was going to do this and here we are today.
This National Carbon Credit framework will directly enrich Mark Carney, it will guarantee profits for Brookfield going forward, and it will increase prices on taxpayers.
The entire population of Canada should be angry about this.
This is how Liberals stay in power.
They’re unburdened by justice.
They allow corruption to go gentle into that good night.
No investigations. No publicity. No police.
So no problem 🤷♂️
BREAKING: A BC judge ruled today that private property owners cannot participate in a court case that affects the title of their own land.
The trial that decided their property’s status was the longest in Canadian history and
they were not allowed in the courtroom.
Today, they were told they cannot reopen the case.
In Canada, your property rights now depend on whether a court decides to let you defend them.
Dozens of Aboriginal title claims are now filed across BC.
You may not know about yours until the decision is final.
I am honoured to have been appointed as the Conservative Shadow Minister for Digital Government and Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial intelligence and digital technologies are reshaping every aspect of our society, from our economy and national security to our privacy, jobs, and fundamental freedoms. Canada needs a principled approach that embraces innovation while protecting Canadians' rights, strengthening our digital sovereignty, and ensuring technology serves people, not the other way around.
I look forward to holding the government to account and working alongside my Conservative colleagues to advance policies that protect privacy, encourage innovation, create opportunity, and ensure Canada's digital future reflects our values.
Thank you to our Leader @PierrePoilievre for this opportunity. I am ready to get to work.
Wow. Liberal/NDP Corruption 101.
In February 2026, Vancouver “Condo King” Bob Rennie hosted “An Evening with Mark Carney” at his offices.
146 attendees paid up to $1,775 each.
At least 17 were leading developers.
Former BC Premier Christy Clark was there.
That same month, BC Premier David Eby’s office opened a correspondence file titled “Rennie Meeting” to brief Eby for a private sit down with Rennie.
Four months later, on June 18, 2026, Carney and Eby announced a $3.2 billion condo bailout to buy unsold inventory from developers, including developers who were in the room at Rennie’s fundraiser.
Carney’s exact words at the announcement: “Developers are stuck. They don’t want to sell at a loss.”
In 2017, David Eby, then in opposition, stood in the BC Legislature and asked Christy Clark how she could justify giving Bob Rennie “access to the most senior policy members in her office, weeks before the foreign buyer tax was introduced, and then exempting [Rennie’s] core business from that same foreign buyer tax.”
That question, posed by David Eby to Christy Clark in 2017, is now the question posed to Eby and Carney in 2026.
And Carney dared to say that no one directly lobbied him for this?
No wonder an ethics committee investigation has been called.

Congratulations to Sherri and the entire team at the Busy Bee Bakeshoppe in Three Hills on 5 years in business!
If you’re in the area, come on down for pancakes, ice cream, and to wish our Canada a happy 159th birthday.
Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦
I love it.
Jamil is doubling down.
And rightfully so.
No serious leader should be going to a parade where grown adults are walking around with their baby-sized wankers out, for children to see .
It’s disgusting & should be denounced.
Until decency is returned to Pride & the law upheld, politicians should not be supporting nudity or public displays of perversion.
@tylermeredith I don't refer to myself as a journalist. People can refer to me as they like. Last I checked there isn't a single publication doing this work. https://t.co/hrX9mc1tVZ
Mark Carney promised Canada would have the fastest growing economy among G7 countries.
But instead, he's setting Canada on a path to the worst economic growth among all advanced countries for the next 40 years.
Let's fix it, with low taxes, sound money, and a bottom-up free enterprise economy that rewards the people who actually do the work: https://t.co/0q3mNgkDJr
China slaps 73.5% preliminary tariff on pea starch from Canada...
So, how's that diversifying trade portfolio thing working for ya, Mark? https://t.co/BdvZCKf17F
One thing Carney fails to produce is evidence of his claims. Low-carbon or decarbonized oil. Nobody wants that. Nobody cares. Talking about electrification... can't export that around the world.
Everything Carney is doing is pushing towards Brookfield and increasing the value of that company, the value of his shares, and the value of the Brookfield Global Transition Funds 1.
Why are liberals so clueless in seeing this?
BREAKING: Economists downgrade growth to the worst in a decade (outside COVID). That makes Carney’s growth record worse than Trudeau’s.
Let that sink in.
He’s delivered the only recession and the worst food inflation among G7 countries.
You can’t grow an economy with bailouts, handouts, and carveouts for the Liberal Club.
We grow it through low taxes, affordable prices, and opportunity for all.
