Hey so Kevin at the @ATT store on main in Midlothian, Tx has made my life a living hell by adding unauthorized lines to my account when he ordered the new iPhones for us. I’m about ready to just send it all back and go to Verizon

My husband went to @ATT to see what can be done about the charging port on his iPhone not working. He was quickly dismissed with “we can’t help you” and then handed this paper for a business down the street & was told to go there and see if they can fix it. Is this customary now?
