We couldn't hold off any longer. In the next few weeks we will be launching a whole new look for Wester. New bottles, new labels, new products, the whole lot.

Our plans have been delayed for months but we are finally getting there.

We didn't want you all going without rum so we've added some more bottles of Pineapple Rum to the website to keep you going. The Limited Edition White Rum is back online too after I found the last 2 bottles hiding in the distillery.

Using lockdown to give the #distillery a good clean - today it was the #fermentors turn. Maybe not the easiest when you’re 6ft3, don’t worry I made it out!

150 ml Fresh Orange juice

This rum was distilled and put to rest in fresh American oak in January of this year. It’s still a young rum but we just couldn’t wait to let you taste the vanilla and caramel flavours that are developing in our ageing stock. G

Most of our casks come from Speyside Cooperage. There is nothing better than watching the skill of the Coopers as they relentlessly build, repair and char casks for distilleries across Scotland.
