PRAYERS NEEDED - this is my friend @PeteKastanes of the great @vanishedchicago account. He has been battling prostate cancer for the last seven years.

Things took a turn for the worse over the last few weeks. In his most recent update, he said:

“My cancer has spread. I don’t have time much left. As of Vanished Chicagoland the future will be a family decision. Thank you! For my making this fun. I love you all! And god bless!”

Pete has been a big source of encouragement over the years, and he is so good at bringing back wonderful memories for so many Chicagoans. Please join me in saying a prayer for him and his family at this time. 🙏
