@AmericanAir are you sending another flight to st kitts to get everyone out? One flight today that no one knew about helped only a few people.

@insureutah @AmericanAir @americanair didn’t say a word. The only way we knew was a post from St Kitts. They canceled 3 flights and sent 1 and then mysteriously it was full! Zero communication and we are stuck until Saturday as well. Please do something to help us get back to jobs, family and pets!

@AmericanAir They added one flight overnight to St Kitts and did not comminicate that with anyone! They are doing little to nothing to help their stranded customers. I am a very disgusted American flyer!
