Wages haven't kept up with inflation, let alone house prices for years. Something will have to crack soon with fuel & energy prices on top of that.

Its not easy for the younger generation and its only going to get harder.

Only that I lived with family who said save rather then pay keep was I able to buy, I couldn't afford to rent here at £1000 plus min a month. It's obscene.

Of course you'd have to calculate how much crypto your borrowing against, repayments etc to just getting a bank loan. Here we have £12,500 tax free capital gains, so unless you're borrowing big its not worth it.
