Appreciate the perspective, Aaron. We both share a deep conviction in Bitcoin’s potential.
For me, that has translated into freedom and the time to explore what makes my life meaningful.

I remember running in my hamster wheel in Amsterdam two bitcoin cycles ago dreaming of current bitcoin prices.

I asked plebs who were in bitcoin two cycles before me what changed in their lives once freed from fiat slavery cause I was convinced I would get there and wanted to know if their focus shifted.

I notice now that the daily news around Bitcoin though still addictive matters less & less and the focus for me has shifted towards personal happiness.

For me that’s experiences like travel, learning new cultures and languages, learning to surf, spear fish. Looking for meaning. Being a good person and example for my offspring etc etc.

I used to meme hard at shitcoiners. I still feel the urge sometimes to do this. Currently Saylor seems like the worst detractor to plebs. So many ppl are getting distracted from holding btc in cold storage in favor of getting a 11% ‘guaranteed’ return. C’mon man. That’s all I’ll say about that cause it’s boring and ppl are stupid.

So I want to pivot more to bitcoiners who already get it. Why waste time right?

One of the interesting learning experiences lately has been around helping others. Not necessarily related to Bitcoin but I’ve been living and traveling to the Americas and South East Asia where people have way less than us in the West. I’ve gifted ppl some small amounts of funds to ‘help’ in different ways. It’s something I always felt good doing but more and more I’ve learned that giving funds is actually not helping at all. Currently I try to come up with small tasks and jobs that I can offer. So ppl have to do something to earn it. That for now seems to work way better. I’ll get in to more detail on that topic some other time.

So just an observation that the focus does shift. I wanna connect more with likeminded bitcoin souls but to do that I have to share more about where my mind is at so this is a first step to doing so.

Full of ideas, inspiration etc. and I think if we team up we can achieve more happiness not just for ourselves but also help others achieve the same. Especially the ones that I have a soft spot for. Not the angry western mob that’s only focused on US topics and politics. Just as an example of what I’m not interested in anymore.

Ok.. end of rant for now. I’m off to explore another day in a developing country with crazy beautiful nature and friendly people 🍀😎
