I spent quite a lot of time in late 2024 / early 2025 trying to find alternate sources of milk and dairy products after Arla ran their little trial with Morrisons, Aldi and Tesco adding an unnecessary chemical (Bovaer) to dairy cattle feed to prevent the world from *checks notes* burning up in a cow burp driven methane inferno.

And here we are again with folic acid in flour. From December 2026 by order of the Unelected Globalist Bureaucrats and their Westminster puppets, most non-wholemeal flour sold in the UK must have folic acid added to it to reduce the risk of women giving birth to babies with spina bifida.

The more observant amongst you will have noticed that men are not going to give birth to babies, with or without spina bifida, nor are children or women beyond child-bearing age. Not only that, but folic acid (which is a synthetic version of folate, a vitamin which occurs naturally in some foods) is known to be harmful to people in a number of different categories: people with heart stents; people with kidney or liver disease; people who are vitamin B12 deficient, people with cancer; and there is also evidence that it doubles risk of prostate cancer for men.

It's hard to know how to fight against this kind of top-downism but I came to the conclusion during the Bovaer fight (which is by no means won, by the way) that the best approach is twofold:

1. Don't feed the globalist beast. Stop spending money with the companies which support this kind of thing, and call then out for it.
2. Instead, spend your money with smaller, local companies.

Government isn't listening to us, big companies aren't listening to us, so using the money in our pockets to try to influence things is really the only avenue open to us.

With folic acid, the rules on supplementation exclude small mills which produce relatively small volumes of flour. They are still allowed to sell unfortified products to the public.

This webpage by the Real Bread Campaign, highlights small local mills and producers of additive-free bread and flour. Obviously these are small independent businesses or sole traders so you are unlikely to find their products in supermarkets but the map should help you find a vendor near you who you could visit, and local farm shops and farmers' markets may stock their products.

There are some mills which sell unfortified flour direct to the public online - I'll add a couple I know of into the comments. Postage costs mean this isn't a cheap option but you could club together with friends / family / neighbours to order in bulk and reduce the impact of the postage.

During Covid they tried to get us to not give asthma patients breathing treatment in the ambulance. Pending on where you worked at the time. The powers that be were supposedly afraid of aerosolizing Covid and hurting ems crews. Which caused many in ems to withhold life saving treatment.

I remeber giving a child a breathing treatment for asthma anyway, because they needed it, badly, and I wondered how many crews weren’t providing necessary care due to fear based Fauci type propaganda… who knows how many unnecessary deaths occurred…

A deception the US deep state invented to justify the bloody first invasion of Iraq.

"Kuwaiti girl" Naira tearfully testified before the US Congress in October 1990, where she claimed to have witnessed horrific scenes in one of Kuwait's hospitals

"Iraqi soldiers stormed the hospital, threw newborn babies out of incubators, and left them to die on the cold floor!"

The story pushed the country to war. US senators passed a resolution to invade Iraq by a margin of five votes. Seven of them believed the girl's words.

Two months before the testimony, 17% of Americans supported US involvement in the conflict. Two months later, nearly half of Americans believed military intervention was necessary.

After the war ended, it was revealed that Naira was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the US, and her story was fabricated by the PR agency Hill & Knowlton, hired by the Kuwaiti government. During the first Iraq war over 135,000 Iraqis were killed.

A secret government unit has been trying to control the narrative in Belfast.

The Research, Information and Communications Unit (RICU) — a government-sponsored propaganda body that operates out of the Home Office — has been advising the police on how to “control the narrative” during the riots in Belfast following an alleged attempt by a Sudanese migrant to behead a man in the street.

According to a source: “They are working with the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s C3 intelligence unit to identify those posting the online ‘calls to protest’ in Belfast and other areas, as well as giving strategic messages to the police to ensure that the protesters were portrayed as unsympathetic thugs.”

The source also said that the unit had been advising the police in Southampton in the aftermath of Henry Nowak’s murder.

Today it's about 432ppm.

So atmospheric CO2 has increased by about 30% over 50 years.

But the max temp measured today was only 0.1 degrees higher than the record in June 1976.

If atmospheric CO2 is the main knob that controls the temperature, why has turning the knob up by 33% had so little effect?
