DO NOT stay at Hyatt Place Columbia/Harbison. I have been a Globalist before, have stayed at 100's of Hyatt properties and have never been so disgusted in my life. This was the end of April 2026. The Property never reached out to me to apologize either. They do not care. @Hyatt

@SamsungUS, I used your return label to send in my trade-in, but FedEx lost the package. Since this was shipped under your FedEx account, only Samsung can file a claim. It's been weeks....no HELP. I'm being wrongfully charged $250 AFTER spending $1500 with Samsung.

@EGOPowerPlus My 7.5 Amp Hr. replacement battery died in 1 year and Sanjay told me via customer support that replacement batteries do not come with warranty. Is this true? I feel like if I get a replacement, the 3 year warranty for that battery should reset.

@EGOPowerPlus When I inquired about a coupon or discount code for someone who received a battery that failed prematurely, he simply said no, and that I would need to purchase a new one. He wasn't rude just speaking the truth from his perspective.

@Hyatt I am a Globalist and was charged parking for two nights at Hyatt Place at Anaheim and notified that they do not recognizes status for paid stays. I do not feel like this is right.

@AskSeagate Backup Plus 4TB Portable HD has failed a few days older than 1 year. I Have only used it a few times to backup but now none of my computers will recognize it. What can I do to resolve this?
