I don't believe in this manager. He's nowhere near attacking enough. The system doesn't work. The football is so, so boring. Constant negative subs and trying to hang on in games. Step up and make the change.
Ian Wright is a footballing & cultural treasure. His bravery to perfectly articulate & spark uncomfortable conversations is so powerful. The lack of empathy from people demonstrates an unconscious privilege & no lived suffering / experience.
Bellingham, Sterling, Rashford, Saka, Lewis-Skelly, Pogba, Lingard, the names change but the treatment doesn't. Confidence, bravado & outgoing black footballers spark insecurity & hate. The Kante & Pogba analogy couldn't be more accurate.
Jack Grealish's behaviour is bulletproof, Phil Foden can cheat on his partner on England duty - the treatment & coverage is not the same. White players have been brutalised, but that's merging two separate issues. The intent is different & it's not a justification either.
Craig Hope, Richard Keys, Matt Law, we see you.
🚨 Matheus Cunha: “My message to Man United fans… I am one of them”.
“This is the club I grew up watching and to be here is a mix of sensations. To help them, it is my dream come true”.
🚨💣 BREAKING: Bryan Mbeumo to Manchester United, here we go!
Green light from Brentford and club to club agreement reached for £70m package, as @TheAthleticFC reports.
Contract agreed weeks ago with Mbeumo as he only wanted Man United move.
After Cunha, Mbeumo next for #MUFC.
Player isn’t good enough, they sell, manger isn’t good enough, they replace.
The big/winning clubs have ruthless standards/ambition.
Man United is the home of excuses, lax standards & blind faith.
It’s the reason we’ve been left behind.
Our club & the fans prefer sentiment.
