total cals eaten ~1682.. ~45g protein. only like 1.5l of water today too? insane. for workout it was gym 650cal (ah.) burned cardio plus 100reps abductor (total, dif sets n weights), weight 57.4kg (2.4kg down in 3 days 💞)
4/4 im scared tho cs my mum knows that i have an ed but she thinks im like fully recovered but cs of it i cant rly talk about food, weight, exercise etc around her, and i think it would be even worse if i did lose a lot of weight, yikes
went out w friends and went in like all my fav shops and even like mcdonalds BUT i didnt cave, self control is worling today because all i bought is low cal for meal prep and multivitamins yesss god is on my side today
how can i make like mainly healed cuts like become healed or look healed quickly because its so so so hot in my country and ppl are getting suspicious help
