I agree but I don’t think Tyler is innocent. I think he is of the killing of Charlie Kirk but I’m starting to think more and more that he’s a patsy that will disappear when sentenced to “death”. Judge just rejected taking that off the table. Maybe we haven’t been allowed to see more from him, but his reactions/expressions that have been made public seem way to calm and collected. Either he did it or he knows he’s got an out. People don’t recognize “dead” people when they think they’re dead. I’m leaning toward accomplice and disappearing after his “execution”. Starting to think more and more that was the Epstein route, though he had a lot more reasons to actually be disappeared.
@ClydeMax369 I don’t know what you mean by lineup adjustment, but I agree the body language shows an odd reaction. His butt even scoots away, which is a clear move to escape a threat preparing to run.
I know some people, including Gary, are saying it’s the mic. My understanding is that it’s not the mic itself. It’s the box it’s connected to, which is what was taped to his chest. Maybe I’m misunderstanding so someone please correct me if I’m wrong. As for powder and burns, if the device that I’m imagining works as desired, all the energy would be towards the body and wouldn’t require a lot. I don’t think you’d even need the energy of a bullet with something directly placed on the torso. I’ve seen plenty of images that capture some kind of result from combustion. The shirt movement makes little sense for a bullet impacting his front, especially the neck, and I don’t buy the bullet travel theory with that neck wound. I think about something like a small EFP that isn’t meant to pierce armor and just needs to be strong enough to cause trauma and make a scene that looks like a potential bullet wound that would require evac to a hospital where the job could be finished in route if necessary. Whatever…I’ve been all over the place with my theories on this and I’ve never bought the narrative, but I’m 100% certain Gary is incompetent, a troll, or a psyop.
This all started in the late 90s or early 00s when they shut down cruising on Broadway. Don’t know why they let it move up to BTown/Baxter but they did. Then Covid came and really finished the neighborhood off. I grew up behind Mid City Mall, and it’s really sad to see what the neighborhood has become.
@KatCornay@mattvanswol I tend to agree. My thinking is more that when someone "turns off the lights" in order to "kill AI", we'll need people to eventually "turn them back on".
One common thing about the Epstein files that I’ve learned is that I’m not a psychopath because I obsessively make sure to use caps and punctuation in all texts and emails. Grammar may not always be proper, but I try that too. I know this may have been before all the autocorrect was there in email, but I’ve had to correct autocorrect enough.
Going to reply to my own post again because I like documenting these thoughts and it’s fun for me, but I was promoting this video to my brother in law and I feel like I nailed it so much better than my first post. Damn. So much more concise and to the point but still also the adjective I’m going blank on right now. Ugh. I’m tired.
“Feel like you would really enjoy this interview. I started getting into Steven’s podcast about a year ago and he’s very easy to listen to. Tristan Harris is the man. If you happened to watch The Social Dilemma doc, which was fantastic and eye-opening, he was a big part of it. It’s an honest and brutal confession so to speak. Not that he had anything to do with where AI is at now, but almost as a confession by the current population to their children and future brethren trying to find meaning in and contol over their lives. He’s just really well-spoken about the ideas but also raises really nuanced points. And he chokes up almost at a few points. Long like this text lol, but really a beautiful interview on AI. Also why I’m going to bed so late. Lol. Thought I’d share though. Highly suggest!”

I hate that I’m 2 months behind on this beautiful interview. I’ve just really started getting into @StevenBartlett’s content over the last year or so and also just really started SERIOUSLY considering the future of AI. It’s always been a thing when I’ve entered future problem solving mode in unserious conversations, but this chat brought it to the foreground of my actual reality. @tristanharris you seem like a genuine and caring individual. I loved the TSD doc, and this only cemented the fact with me at least that you have an honest, caring, and humble way of describing the AI situation with which we are dealing, which I believe also reflects you as a person, but I’m trying to stay surface level. You have me at least compelled to try to do something to wrangle some regulation around AI from my small part of the world, other than just post this “tweet” into the void of what is mostly controlled by the AI bots already in some form. Whatever…you have a way with words and ideas in this area and please continue to try to wake people up with awareness and not fear. It’s an uphill battle we CANNOT lose. I could see it on your face at times. Very refreshing from a content perspective.
I wish these were the things that were at the forefront of our cultural dialogue instead of ICE and immigration, which I think are totally valid current topics and problematic on opposing fronts in today’s world, but tomorrow’s problems will make these issues seem like last night’s nightmares. Also, it’s either this or we go back to default settings, which is a completely different and primitive nightmare. Also, that’s oddly the one outcome no one seems to mention. AI could be the end of the world as we know it either way because if AI’s power is true but wielded unwisely, someone will find a way to shut it down or at least try to the detriment of many.
I don’t have the details to agree with this statement in confidence, but I love that you are willing to say it directly through a reply. I’ve spent a lot of time on X afraid to say anything about anything. For sure, I will still be cautious, but it’s people like you, Kurt, that have something to lose and still don’t give an F and go for it. I’m starting now.
I’m not sure why this idea isn’t being talked about. We’re getting all these angles on the recent MN event, and ICE is the enemy, right? X activity feels like narratives have been paid for on both sides, and as someone that leans toward free speech and common sense, which traditionally is promoted by more right-leaning people in that regard, what happens when something happens at the fault of a “right wing” activist? It’s been framed that way initially in every event that’s has happened the last 10 years. But why? And what happens when something like an OKC event is executed upon us again. How do people like us respond? I currently see the activism of whatever source that drives the narrative as destructive and objectionable and we’ve seen it active over the last decade or two with complete media backing. Why haven’t we seen another McVeigh? I’m not calling for one by any means, but it’s a curious question, especially for all this skeptical of the WEF and those ideas. What happens if we do have something accused of us and what is the response? Because my group of people doesn’t react immediately. We analyze and discuss ideas like the founders, We think things through. What happens when political pressure starts to become real? This pressure has obviously has been brewing for a while, but I’m talking to the normal dude. What would break you? If the propaganda gets you, I’m not speaking to you. Check the date of my last post. I’m a real person and really just highly curious on the topic and really doubt anyone even sees this. But Godspeed out there. This X shit has become a mess.
@Slotoholic Coutinho. I know that sale bought us Alisson and VVD, but had we been able to keep him, plus the triumvirate up top, and still been able to get those two? Maybe not buy Naby and sell one more? I think we could have gotten another title or CL trophy.
@Shanemgillis “I could be so tough. I toughest guy in the world if I wanted to, but that’s not going to get a deal done.” Good god I feel you could run with that in a skit like no other.
