@teachthemx3 I mean, it's a useful activity but I wouldn't call it an "instructional strategy". I find it helpful for introducing an article or chart about a new topic. But I've always found "what do you see, what do you know, what do you want to know" to be better framing questions.
@TolentinoTeach The very best professional development I've had has been my experience as an inclusion teacher. I've had the opportunity to watch well over 25 teachers teach, bell to bell and first day to last. It's provided and invaluable well of experience for me to draw on in my own work.
@donandcecilia1@sage_stage When addressing morale, admin has to consider the thing they KNOW are burdening teachers: workload and student behavior. Addressing those will improve morale.
