Well done to Mrs Waterton @Y3ElmTree and Mrs Morton @Yr6Cedar who successfully completed their Google level 1 exam to become Google Certified teachers on Friday! @EdTech_IPAT 🖥️
We are so excited to start the @TTRockStars battle against @foxfield and @RockliffeManor this half term! The battle is on, you have until the end of the half term to build up as many points as possible! Good luck everyone! @WoodhillSch Let’s go!!!
Today we continued our learning around the Tudor period, researching and creating fact files about Henry VIII using google docs. We then debated the question, “is Henry VIII a man or a monster?” @WoodhillSch@WH_Computing @HistoryWoodhill
First attempt connecting the @OhbotRobot@Y4CherryTree had so much fun exploring the different functions using scratch, they found the expressions immediately. Their first lesson was learning how to define a variable so that they could make their robot blink. @WoodhillSch
@Y4CherryTree hard at work writing their suspenseful final outcomes based on ‘Agent Zaiba Investigates’ on chrome books using google docs! You can read them all here: https://t.co/nAUTxCnepT @WoodhillSch
We have loves using the chrome books to research and present our findings on The Great Stink! We’ve also learned how to insert images in Google Docs and, most importantly, the undo button 😉 @WoodhillSch@WH_Computing @HistoryWoodhill
Happy Safer Internet Day to all young people, parents, carers and guardians🤩
This year’s theme celebrates exploring respect and relationships online.
It’s so important to ensure all young people are safe online whilst gaming or using social media.
Starting to explore what the Picho can do. Three of our schools will be bringing emotion and language in to Physical Computing, @OhbotRobot#picoh later in the Spring Term @IPAT_Edu
