@AddulamCave @MattWallace888 US birthrates are through the floor. We don't have enough kids to keep our Universities open and solvent. He'll allow foreigners to attend our universities and then go home. They pay higher tuition and that reduces costs for US students. 600K is a 2 year total.

They've been doing it for years. They'll go home after college & Homeland security will make sure of it
