@PriestessIna @CutiepieRinRin @ren_live2d That kind of money is a commitment and a half. The artist may have the right to not handle the file, but the commissioner has the right to seek someone who can before committing and talking to the rigger to reach an agreement

Rigging cost a lot. And I get the rigger wanting to protect the secrets and sauce he developed, but please, make it known on the TOS clearly
