This was a cover up. Hidden inside is the date he came up to Seoul. Some tattoos have meaning some don’t. His birth flower. The time is the time he was born (3:25? 3:23?). It’s connected by a chain to a microphone and a music note - he wanted to say he was born to be a singer.

Explaining his tattoos. The first one he got was the ARMY tattoo. It only made sense to have it somewhere visible because he’s proud of ARMY. A crown for A for ARMY. JK for me. An emoji I like. A Purple Heart but the color’s faded. 0613, which you all know why.
