@SteveGagz Fair points. If you work in the city, what are the better options? Been in Jersey for a few years and love it. Westchester and LI are no cheaper. Upstate NY and PA are non-starters if you want a reasonable commute. CT is milquetoast. Jersey is a vibe

The first staircase-improvement project that occurred this year ran several months over schedule. Why should Hoboken residents believe similar problems won’t plague this project? The absurdity of closing down a station that thousands of commuters rely on every day is matched only by the ludicrousness of the minimal notice the Port Authority provided. I call on my fellow Hoboken residents to join me in contacting our lawmakers to do everything in their power to stop this atrocious plan—even if it means we have to seek injunctive relief!
