Read Amanda Ripley’s “The Smartest Kids in the World”. Written about 10 years, it looks at what makes good education systems. Yes, Finland scored very well, but so did Canada. All of what made Canada’s education so world class, is being stripped away by Doug Ford and AB UCP.

Over the past 3yrs I cared for many marginalized individuals (most were OHIP-eligible but w/o means to get a health card) knowing they would avoid the indignity of being charged for care received.

Cutting costs on the backs of those who need the most support is a bad decision.
