Most of all, thanks to the brave people who spoke to us for the film, and to those who came to us with their stories of such pain and trauma, and who aren't seen on screen. This is for you.
In advance of @BBCPanorama I want to say how grateful I am to 3 judges who listened to the arguments I made to be able to do the investigation required to stand up the journalism in this programme + upheld freedom of expression for the families who spoke out and for the media.
Political rhetoric says that my fellow single mums are responsible for everything from child poverty to societal break down. In court, single mums are viewed with open contempt.
I know thousands of amazing single mums. Being a single mum is hard work but society makes it harder.
I'm speaking at the @womensaid event tomorrow, marking a year since the harm report. We'll be discussing the developments and the continued concerns with the #familycourt's response to domestic abuse. Has anything changed one year on?

Family law twitter - I'm making a Channel 4 Dispatches on domestic abuse and the family justice system, and am very keen to hear your professional experiences + expertise on the application of PD12J and other issues via this survey https://t.co/Vg3JHigqv5 Pls RT/distribute!
This is happening globally - I receive messages from all over the world about this happening or beginning to happen elsewhere. It is becoming a global spectrum of misery for survivor families.

Our report is out now - compelling study of appalling discrimination against women in criminal justice system - resulting in gross miscarriages of justice
