“I have no sensation in my genitals. My clitoris is completely numb.”
Lauren Friedman, 23, shared her devastating experience with PSSD (Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction) — permanent loss of libido, sensation, and ability to orgasm after taking antidepressants.
Chris Williamson and Isabel Brown reacted with shock, noting how little mainstream coverage this issue receives.
Sexual side effects from SSRIs affect 50-70% of users. For a subset of people, these effects (including genital numbness and anorgasmia) persist long after discontinuation, a condition known as Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD). The exact prevalence is unknown, but patient reports and emerging research suggest it may be under-recognized.
People deserve full informed consent about potential long-term risks before starting these medications.
What do you think, should PSSD get more public and medical attention?
@DrMcFillin I literally watched dozens of my peers be poisoned by so-called antidepressants, right in front of my eyes. It was obvious that they were being poisoned, but the so-called experts thought it was progress, because of pretend expertise, all based on lies and superstition.
@joerogan talks all the time about DMT. But what I really want to know, is has he every done Salvia Divinorum? Because that shit is straight bonkers. You went to talk to aliens?
In fact some people think inhaling that shit is like talking to plant intelligence. And... Maybe
Seriously, watch Kidnapped for Christ again. Who were those other, non-gay subjects of the documentary? Oh, nothing more than so-called drug addicts, they say. Nevermind they went through the exact same torture, at the same time, in the same facility. Just care about the gay kid.
Juvenile drug rehab is the same thing as conversion therapy. Yup, that torture does not only happen to gay kids, which they lied to you about. It happens to EVERYONE. Same methods, same tactics. Same torture. Same "We are here to help you" bullshit nonsense. Still torture.
I think one of my favorite things about watching the TV show Alone, is watching people realize they can't be alone, they miss their family, socialization, and society.
I appreciate it because I recognize it. That is how I felt hitchhiking, only there was no tapping out.
@NickTaber Many of them committed suicide, or overdosed, as a direct result of the trauma they received from the so called treatment.
They don't track results for a reason. It is called plausible deniability.
If you don't believe me Google "Troubled Teen Industry".
@VigilantFox@MidwesternDoc Wait until you learn about the most likely permanent sexual dysfunction. If you didn't want to kill yourself before, wait until you can never orgasm again, or even feel any emotions at all. Even after you stop taking the SSRI. It is called Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD).
@dom_lucre@ParisHilton is a badass simply for the work she has done to expose the Troubled Teen Industry. Google that term is you want to horrified about the "legal" child abuse that has been going on in the country for Decades. It's in her documentary: https://t.co/tMzk1Fq3P9
One-third of American adolescents are now on prescription medication. About half of those prescriptions are for psychoactive drugs treating conditions like ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Think about what that means. We're medicating a third of our teenagers as standard practice.
Any normal person from any other time in human history would look at that number and say we've gone completely insane as a society. And that's not even counting self-medication through alcohol and drugs.
I immediately knew this was meant to be. Not sure how, but I knew.
Now the cult is closed, I bankrupted their ass. But this person had nothing to do with that, as far as I know. So why was that meant to be? If not for closing the cult? Why? I do not know. Just a mystery.
I do not believe. And yet there are some things I can not explain. I showed up outside the cult that tortured me, 20 years later, from 1800 miles away, just to flip them off (see my profile pic), and I met someone else from hours away just randomly showing up too.
Once again LifeLine survivors don't brag, we just do.
Making a real difference in the multi-decade fight against the Troubled Teen Industry. By the survivors of those abusive cults, to save the future victims that we are protecting.
