Husband had doubt that it is not his child.
He privately did DNA report and found that there is 0% chance that he is the father of that child.
He took the report and went to court. Filed for divorce, asking for DNA test again to prove it.
Wife opposed this test and said:
“The law is clear that no one can be forced to take a DNA test. The divorce case should be decided without a DNA test.”
Bombay High Court said:
“If you are loyal, then what is the issue? Husband's private test report shows 0% chance that he is the father of that child. It is now necessary to do this test again.”
Paternity test permission granted.

Why should a husband have to bear the consequences of a cheating wife?
Why aren’t DNA tests routinely offered during pregnancy?
If a wife has been unfaithful and the husband is unknowingly raising another man’s biological child, the truth can destroy lives when it comes out years later.
A man should not be deceived into believing he is the biological father.
The child deserves to know the truth.
The husband deserves to know the truth.
Paternity is a fact—not something that should be hidden until it is accidentally discovered.
Wife doesn’t want to live with the husband.
She runs away from the marriage.
Still, she can go to court, file cases against him and demand huge alimony.
And the husband?
Where does he go to get justice?
The judiciary shamelessly keeps the matters pending for years. The man keeps appearing in court, spending his money, losing his time and watching his life fall apart.
Being a husband is a sin in this country.
You can leave the marriage, drag the husband to court, demand money from him—and the husband is still expected to keep proving his innocence.
Where is justice for the husband?
