@AmericanAir Thanks for not facilitating a good user experience. I’ve talked to 4 different people got multiple different answers but the consensus seems to be from American Airlines is I have to figure out myself and spend my own money to do so.
@AmericanAir In what instance do I have not to liaise in person? Seems pretty ridiculous that my flight was changed 6 hours before the flight but you want me to go to the airport just to find out what my options are not even to pick up but just so they can possibly tell me no.
