Democracy can be painful to watch, but this time LPA managed to get the right decision on an application - vote to approve as recommended was defeated, after some discussion on the reasons for refusal the vote to refuse defeated, back to vote to approve won by 1 vote

Recently achieved Approval of Reserved Matters for the first phase of development, comprising 89 dwellings, as part of a scheme for 335 dwellings with neighbourhood centre, Wymondham, Norfolk.

Planning permission recently gained, continuing our successful delivery, as part of a team, of projects for clients. Comprising 155 dwellings and supermarket of 2,500 sq. m. at Brundall, Norwich. The majority of the site had been allocated in 2016 for formal recreation purposes.
