A viewer shared this video after her husband and a co-worker found a small patch of trees where everything around it had burned, right up to an American flag.
The flag was still standing, untouched.

@KSL5TV These trees have stood for generations, and losing them would leave a real void in the community. Knowing removal is eventually necessary, it would be great to see their legacy carried forward in safer areas around town.
