@InstagramComms@instagram Awful security processes! I’ve been locked out of my account for the last 5 days and unable to retrieve it whilst whoever has hacked it is obviously still able to post, no response to emails or help requests! How can I sort this out??
Absolutely awful service from @SkyUK. Spoke to an advisor on Thursday who told me to call back today and I have spent the whole day trying to get through to anybody to discuss my broadband set up. All I receive is SMS messages when I need to speak to someone. Very unimpressed.

@virginmedia And so the saga continues. Another letter, with another payment request after being assured last week that the account was closed and we were due a refund. When asked about the formal complaints procedure @virginmedia then disconnect the call. @TradingStdsBlog
Absolutely terrible service from @virginmedia. After cancelling 6 months ago they continue to charge and then do not have the decency to return phone call when a manger is requested to rectify the situation. Very poor @richardbranson.
