@redhotnerd West coast folks BBQ this more than most meats. Great flavor, prime at Costco is $10.99 a pound. Weird tip is to freeze it for six weeks. All the tendons break down. Cut it thin and it’s a mixture of filet with flank steak flavor. Some planning involved, I realize.
