@Postvox not happy called to get an update and got automated response about my parcel. Then sent a private DM yesterday. Now checked my track update tonight to see it’s being sent back to sender. I’ve have no emails ,calls or cards saying anyone has tried to post it Really upset

@VirginMediaIEPR Took months to cancel I was informed I’d receive a cheque in 4 weeks ,when I queried it was told it was 5 weeks . It should of been issued after the 27th of April . Still no sign . If anything at least your consistent with your bad customer service😡
