@whennotcycling @KarlEtzel Very hard with the required brevity of Twitter to respond. For sure, PE in consumer brands is fraught. Especially with premium, performance brands, PE’s demands for high growth can kill authentic. North Face puffy jackets with hip-hop culture is Exhibit A.

I'm furious with these people. Monthly subscriptions of all sorts have me to a breaking point. But it's the ones that companies try to sneak in, like @eightsleep did with me (and presumably everyone else) that frost me. Just found it, but no refund offered.

Has anyone had challenges with @eightsleep and their automatic charges for subscriptions? I bought one just over a year ago and didn't know I was going to get charged $200 for a subscription a year later. Just showed up on my statement. Contacted customer support. No luck, bucko
