@turo broken car, left stranded for 4 hrs, 6 hrs until we got a replacement, then Turo claims they gave a travel credit because the replacement car costs more. No, Turo, that is *not* a credit, that’s replacing a broken vehicle with a working vehicle. Turo is a no-go #turo
