3/19日是李明哲四年前遭強迫失蹤的日子，也代表李明哲被關押在中國已四年，自去年疫情起，他就完全失去通訊自由，不僅家屬無法看望，至今也仍無法對外撥打親情電話或寫信。國際特赦組織台灣分會秘書長邱伊翎表示，希望大家能繼續寫信到赤山監獄聲援李明哲，也可以寫信給李明哲太太李凈瑜，給予支持。
