You’re excusing those who committed genocide with blatant intent, and you’re accusing Israelis of committing genocide only after they responded to those who displayed clear intent to commit genocide on Israelis.. All while the Israelis indisputably minimize civilian casualties under some of the most complex circumstances of war, and only after those the Israelis are fighting had by definition committed genocide on Israelis by initiating that same war they claim is “genocide”….
The fundamental problem with much of the pro pali discourse is the substitution of emotional appeal for objective analysis. It’s intellectual dishonesty disguised as moral superiority. We’ve already established that you’re an idiot, but do you genuinely believe that exploiting children is the way to go about making your point? This is exactly why you’ve spent the entire dialogue avoiding the question of what actually constitutes genocide. You don’t know what it means, you couldn’t tell me even if you wanted to.
I don’t care about your emotional appeal. How do you explain 82% of Gaza’s infrastructure being damaged or destroyed while the civilian death toll represents only 1–2% of the whole population? What displays the deliberate targeting of civilians rather than you chicken head pro palis baselessly asserting intent from the existence of civilian casualties?? If you flip a coin, there’s a 50/50 chance it lands on heads or tails. If the IDF were indiscriminately bombing civilians, why wouldn’t around 50% of Gaza’s population be dead or far more considering the density of the area? And if the IDF were deliberately targeting civilians, why wouldn’t the percentage be far higher than 50%? Even if the *civilian only* death toll were 20%, that figure would still be objectively exceptional in the context of Gaza’s geographic size, population density, and the complex circumstances of the war overall, but that hypothetical figure doesn’t matter because it’s 1-2%.
Gaza’s population increase is higher than the population growth rate of China, India, the United States, Canada, most of Europe and South America, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Iran etc… That is fucking mind blowing. Gaza’s own Ministry of Health recorded 50,227 births against 24,650 total deaths in 2025, that’s two years after constant war in one of the most densely populated areas on earth. That’s 25,577 more births than deaths and the figure doesn’t even distinguish civilians from combatants. Never once in human history has there been a genocide where there were more than twice as many births as total deaths during the genocide. Fact check that. The intent to destroy a people does not show in the slightest. I can also go on about all the aid, leaflets, evacuations, and humanitarian corridors but I don’t even need to use those talking points to shit on you. There’s more evidence of genocide in this comment section than anything in Gaza.
You read every single word. According to the Gaza Health Ministry (Hamas), the death toll in Gaza is around 74,000 which is 3% of their whole population, all terrorists, collaborators and unrelated deaths included in the toll. 82% of all infrastructure damaged or destroyed. Let’s say 200,000 bombs were dropped on Gaza, if even one single civilian had been killed for every bomb dropped on Gaza, the death toll would be THREE times higher than it is, and that’s according to Hamas statistics… That hypothetical is based on bombs ALONE, not ground operations, tanks, apache helicopters, snipers etc… Bombs alone… Think about the implications of that for a moment. One civilian per bomb is the BARE minimum number, anything higher further proves my point.. There is no genocide in Gaza and it’s not even questionable in the slightest bit. Those figures do not establish an intent to physically destroy the population which is what the legal definition of genocide requires to meet its criteria. Genocide on buildings? Maybe. Don't forget what started your fake genocide either. We saw real intent and it didn't come from the Israelis.
Well 50% of Gaza’s entire population is under 18, and many, if not most of the active terrorists in Gaza are under 18 themselves… Also, since Islam recognizes puberty as a threshold of adulthood, you’ll also have to reject the beliefs of 99.9% of Gazans when defining who qualifies as a child. So which definition of “child” are we using exactly? 99.9% of Gaza considers a six year old to be an adult but when casualty figures are discussed suddenly everyone under 18 is a child? Gazans believe that raping a nine year old is fine if she’s hit puberty, but when they slaughter Israelis with blatant genocidal intent, then hide behind a nine year old as a human shield who dies in Israel’s response, it’s genocide? Get the fuck out of here. If the IDF genuinely kills children indiscriminately, why would Hamas, one of many terrorist organizations in Gaza deliberately position itself among them? What strategic advantage would civilian proximity provide if Israel made no distinction between civilians and combatants? You’re already accusing Israel of deliberately targeting children when they don’t, so objectively speaking, wouldn’t carpet bombing Gaza into dust serve Israel’s military objectives more effectively without altering its reputation on the world stage?
Why are you selectively citing the number of IDF soldiers killed on October 7th while comparing it to the entire death toll in Gaza that includes all terrorists rather than applying the same standard of comparison to both? Gaza’s death toll is still remarkably low in the context of the scale and duration of the war but that still doesn’t justify conflating civilians with combatants… More importantly, an IDF soldier is not inherently a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer simply by virtue of serving in the Israeli military.
Did the “palestinians” commit genocide on October 7th or did they deliberately kill roughly 1,200 people and only intend to stop at exactly 1,200 in one area? Specific intent is the key legal element of genocide. It’s about what the intent was, not what number they managed to kill that day though it was a massive amount.
@Libiguin@sysqo82@abierkhatib You won’t explain what constitutes genocide because you know I’ll wipe the floor with your entire argument the moment you try to substantiate it. There is no genocide in Gaza.
That’s a good way to say a whole lot of nothing. You’re just stacking academic sounding terminology together in response to my comment trying to appear as if you’re saying something of substance. It’s called sophistry. You pro palis recycle the same baseless assertions and none of you display the mental capacity to articulate a compelling argument in the slightest. It’s all emotional appeal and no logic. It works on the masses because very few people objectively analyze your buzzwords past surface level. Once again, what constitutes a genocide?
@drob256@realjordan_M@OwnRules@allenanalysis So why did Gazans celebrate it and take hostages? And where is the evidence of Israelis using Apache helicopters on their own people?
Got it. Listing authorities and organizations that agree with the same propaganda you fell for doesn’t prove genocide whatsoever. Genocide is a legal determination based on whether the established facts satisfy the specific elements of the legal definition.. Your screenshot is not a substitute for evidence and consensus is not a substitute for proving the elements of genocide… Muslims exploit the political sensitivities of liberals through propaganda while embedding themselves within “humanitarian” organizations. They manufactured a facade of popular consensus through bots and media ecosystems. That’s why you are so quick to cite an article instead of articulating any answer of substance. It allows you to exploit institutional legitimacy while laundering a political agenda through the emotionally manipulative headlines your hijab ridden organizations pump out. This is called an appeal to authority fallacy but it goes deeper when the authority is infiltrated by the same terrorist sympathizers who ‘appeal’ to it.
