2 weeks ago all the belts in T5 stopped it took British Airways 9 fucking days of a 13 day trip to get our bags to us.

We've had a call from them, they got bags, can't get them to us till Saturday when we are in an area they can get too (Vegas) 😂 we're in New Mexico 950 miles from the airport we arrived at and heading further every day. 8 days after arrival thatll be.
