@Fredlondoner99@British_Airways We are in the same boat. Two bags delayed on 15th May. One they claim to have attempted delivery for yesterday, which is a lie as we were in all day. And the other, we have no clue where it is. Have been on holiday and now back home. Customer service is appalling.

@christails@British_Airways I've been following your bag woes, Chris. My mum is in the same boat. She's back home after her holiday now, and still no bag. It flew to Malaga yesterday, probably passing her in the sky, as she flew to London. BA has all the tracking info. I don't understand it really. Shambles

I was on the chat service from 11pm - almost 1am last night with the representative refusing to help us because my mother is not named on the baggage report. No, she's not named because BA didn't name her!
@AliciaHayes1884@British_Airways Thanks Alicia. Hopefully @SpeedbirdSean will be able to help. BA refuses to speak to my mum about her bag, despite it being their administrative error. BA's call centre is ill-equipped to handle anything off script.
@AliciaHayes1884@British_Airways What's concerning is BA merged FIVE unrelated passengers onto ONE baggage claim in Málaga. So my mum was never given her own reference number and BA now refuses to speak to her about her own suitcase because she is “not the named passenger”. We still don’t know where her bag is.
@British_Airways BA stop ignoring me. You grouped my mum's delayed bag on a baggage report along with four strangers on her flight. You now refuse to speak to her as she's not the named person on the report, but this is a BA error. Data protection breach. Someone needs to help her! @SpeedbirdSean

BA refuses to speak to her because she isn't named on the report, yet her bag is on the report. We have no idea where the bag is and BA's usual channels won't help.

@British_Airways In the case of you not repatriating a passenger with their delayed luggage in time for their return flight. Will you cover the cost of a small cabin case to put their essential items in for their return flight? & what about emergency toiletries exceeding 100ml?
